At Jit Team, we believe responsible business is about more than declarations. It’s about taking meaningful action that creates a positive impact on the world around us.
That’s why we actively pursue our ESG strategy, focusing on environmental, social, and governance initiatives that support sustainable, responsible growth.
Environment – practical actions, measurable impact
We reduce our environmental impact through both everyday practices and a structured approach to managing it across our organization.
We regularly measure Jit Team’s carbon footprint across all three scopes (Scope 1, 2, and 3). This helps us set informed environmental goals and track our progress over time.
Our commitment is also reflected in our ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 27001 (information security management) certifications. They demonstrate our commitment to internationally recognized standards and to continuously improving the way we work.
Jit Team’s climate targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative
At Jit Team, we believe the decisions we make today shape the future. That’s why we take responsibility for reducing our environmental impact in ways that are measurable, meaningful, and grounded in science.
As part of our commitment, we joined the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to ensure our climate goals align with the latest scientific guidance.
The Science Based Targets initiative has validated our targets:
- Reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 46.2% by 2031, using 2023 as the base year.
- Measure, monitor, and reduce our Scope 3 emissions.
Making this commitment is only the beginning. In the years ahead, we will continue to strengthen our environmental efforts, measure our progress, implement improvements, and engage our people in building a more sustainable future.
Social impact – creating a better future together
We’re proud to be a participant of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) – the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.
By joining the UNGC, we commit to upholding its Ten Principles, covering human rights, labour, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.
Governance
– transparency and integrity
We are guided by the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability in everything we do. We foster a culture built on trust, respect, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on compliance and cybersecurity.
Our processes meet the internationally recognized ISO 9001 quality management standard. This reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality services and solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and transparency.
For our clients and partners, it means the confidence of working with an organization that operates responsibly, consistently, and professionally.
