The “Leader Academy” is a multi-stage development program designed for managers and leaders at Jit Team – a technology company specializing in IT services, software engineering, and consulting. Participants will take part in a series of workshops, mentoring sessions, and implementation activities covering key areas of contemporary leadership: communication, delegation, motivation, change management, and the development of strategic thinking. The program offers a comprehensive, two-year journey focused on acquiring knowledge and refining leadership skills in practice.
The program is based on the “learning by doing” approach – participants analyze real challenges they face within their teams and develop solutions that can be implemented in practice. Individual coaching sessions and leadership-style assessment tools are also integral parts of the process, enabling each participant to design their own development path.
