Since 2020, we have been offering our employees a unique solution: access to camping trailers located right on the beachfront of the Hel Peninsula. This is where Jit Team Summer Office was created—a space that combines remote work, team building, and relaxation.

A passion turned into a benefit
The initiative was created by Jit Team’s CEOs, Mariusz Bessman and Bartosz Cieśliński. Their shared passion for water sports evolved into a benefit available to all employees.
On-site, employees can use kitesurfing equipment and jet skis, and the location is no coincidence. “The Hel Peninsula is one of the most beautiful places in Poland. I wanted to share this space with Jiters,” emphasizes Mariusz Bessman, CEO of Jit Team.
